Busy is no excuse

Yes, I did not finish the emerging technology project… I have played with most of the tools mentioned in the 23 things list. For whatever reason, I just got sidetracked from the blogging, etc. Kudos to everyone that finished and congrats on experiencing some of the hottest new tools available.

Checklist of 23 things

So far…

Week 1  #1 & #2 — done

cool program (23 things) and lifelong learning sure makes sense

Week 2 #3 & #4  done

Blogs are great! Using WordPress instead of Blogspot but idea is the same.

Week 3 #5 -#7

Working on this section now,

Have my flickr  account — exploring the possiblities.  I have used “Webshots” in the past but Flickr seems pretty easy to use.

Last night I was online chatting with someone and they mentioned open source software (free software you can customize to your needs) I have just started looking at the video editing program called “Jahshaka” — video editing is starting to be another of those ‘things’ in my lifelong learning basket.

My plan is to add link to my flickr to this blog for everyone to see ;-)
